Meet Our Leadership Team

Perry Hall – President/Partner

As MED3000’s President, Mr. Hall is responsible for sales, client relations and management, financial analysis, board member engagement and more.

Mr. Hall joined the MED3000 team in 2014 previously working in finance and operations management since 2004. He has more than 25 years of experience in customer service, including 15 years in the luxury resort industry. Mr. Hall earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Concord University.  He coaches and volunteers for Little League baseball.

Cindy Bennett – Vice President, Practice Operations & Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources and Practice Operations for MED3000, Mrs. Bennett is responsible for all aspects of human resources management including policies and procedures, recruitment, hiring, compensation management, benefit administration, labor law compliance, regulatory compliance and employee relations matters.

Mrs. Bennett also provides oversight management for a multi-specialty group with 8 locations, 23 providers and ancillary operations.  She identifies and provides remedies for strategic and operational challenges.  She is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various practice management initiatives to enhance productivity and maximize revenues for the providers and to minimize expenses in the practices in addition to Provider recruitment.  Mrs. Bennett has more than 18 years of healthcare experience and over 25 years of human resources experience.  Mrs. Bennett earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Virginia Tech.

Tracie Hoke – Director of Revenue Cycle Management

As RCM Director, Mrs. Hoke is responsible for overseeing Accounts Receivable staff of 20 +, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), payment posting, denial management as well as Practice Management systems. Mrs. Hoke is well versed in many different EMR/ PM software systems, most notably eClinical Works, Medent and Allscripts.

Mrs. Hoke joined the MED3000 team in 2008 and has over 20 years of healthcare experience.  Mrs. Hoke earned her CPB and CPC certification from AAPC.  In her spare time, Mrs. Hoke enjoys outdoor time with her husband and daughter.
